Basic Definitions for All KPI Bundles
- Today: Activity since midnight this morning through the latest refresh (hourly or as determined by customer).
- Yesterday: The 24 hour period starting at midnight and ending at 11:59:59 the day before today.
- Last Week: The past seven calendar days ending with yesterday. If an average is calculated, it is the sum of the subject activity over those seven days divided by seven.
- Link: Links to additional information such as a chart or graph.
- Year to Date: From midnight on January 1 of the current calendar year to 11:59:59 last night. If an average is calculated, it is the sum of the subject activity over that period divided by yesterday’s day number.
- Last Year to Date: Same as above, minus 365 days.
- ERP Setup: Depending on your current ERP setup, you may be required to implement new functions, schedule reports, or change some settings in order to access the data required to view certain KPIs. Changes such as this may or may not be covered by the standard set-up fee.
- Multiple companies: BiziBar can provide information on as many as four companies for a user. If the user has more than four, the first four in alphabetical order are displayed. Users may be limited to viewing one company if requested.
- User Profiles: You can update your profile information using the profile navigation item found in the upper right hand corner of the BiziBar portal. It is recommended to update your information using a desktop/laptop display instead of a mobile device.
- License Expiration: Among other information, the user profile displays the expiration date of your license. When your license expires, you will need to renew it before accessing the BiziBar data.
